Our ProCon Construction Services, LLC offers professional installation services to single and multi-family contractors. Our services include:
Framing Lumber and Plywood Packages • Exterior and Interior Door Units • Moulding and Interior Trim Products • Door Locks and Hardware Closet Shelving • Bath Cabinets and Mirrors
In addition, our Lake Oconee Installed Sales Division offers installation of garage doors, closet shelving, custom bath and shower enclosures, mirrors, door locks and hardware in our Lake Oconee and Milledgeville markets.
Material Take-Offs & Estimating: We do material take-offs and estimating from blueprints. We design and engineer roof and floor truss and wood I beams.
Door, Window & Millwork Center: Every Choo Choo Build-It Mart store has millwork products on display. This helps our custom builders and homeowners select products.

We Deliver - What you Need • When You Need It • Like You Need It!
Our delivery team ensures prompt, accurate and reliable deliveries on large and small jobsites. Specialized delivery equipment is available in selected markets.
PICK-UP, CREDIT AND DELIVERY POLICY:
At Choo Choo Built It Mart, customer service is number one. As a commitment to being a partner in your success, we have adopted the following policies:
- Pick-Up: All pick-up requests will be treated with the same priority as a customer delivery order.
- Material will be picked up as soon as possible or a maximum of 72 hours of the requested date for pick up.
- If, because of distance, quantity or other circumstances, the material will not be picked up within the allotted 72 hours, the store manager must approve the delay and contact the customer.
- We ask that all material be stacked neatly in a fully accessible location by the customer.
- Credit: We ask that all materials be in fully sellable condition, free of any nails, nail holes, cut marks, rain or mud damage, etc.
- Credit on all re-sellable material will be issued within one business day of the pick up.
- Credit will not be issued on special order items unless Choo Choo’s vendor agrees to allow credit of the special order items, and any restocking fee will be passed along to the customer.
- Delivery: Our delivery schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. until the job is done.
- Same day orders of stocked material placed before 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered no later than the following business day.
- Orders requiring special logistics, such as multiple drops or some other unique situation, will be handled ASAP with the location manager’s approval.
- The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible jobsite. Choo Choo will not be responsible for deliveries to jobsites that are not safe and manageable for our delivery personnel.
- Special order deliveries: Special orders will be scheduled for shipment to the customer on the day following the receipt of the special order, unless the customer schedules a later shipment.
Customer Charge Accounts: We have a 30-day account – Net 10th Prox available for our customers.
Itemized Billing Statements: We list each individual job on a separate statement. We also offer online account access. Your account information can be downloaded directly to Quickbooks.
Jobsite Sales Service: Our Pro Sales Force team will work with you at your office and assist you with jobsite needs.
